                                                                 Marchi's Footloose N Fancyfree, CGC (aka Melody)

Melody is Montana-born, coming to us from Marchi's Labradors.  Her dam, Puckett's Marchi's Isabelle has ten points towards her championship and her sire is Puget Sound's own BISS Am/Can Ch Ghoststone's Boomtown JH.  With Boomer as her sire, Melody is a half-sister to our yellow girl, Flash.

Mellie is a real character!  She grunts, squeals and whines to express herself, but rarely barks.  We make jokes that she prefers to carry out a conversation than to shout.   She is a joyful dog who loves tennis balls, swimming, riding on the golf cart and snuggling on her bed by the stove.

Melody has a blocky, yet feminine head, thick bone, dense double coat, and thick otter tail.  She is the only black Lab here at our kennel and gets really excited when our other black SunDogs come back to visit.  Who says dogs are colorblind!
